hot toddies and cold sleddies

i have been sledding everyday for the last three days. this is our group for the first outing
greg, alison, adam, jeff, mickey, teresa, macy, and myself (or this).but the last two days have been the most intense. mickey and i have been going at night to Beltnap park and Richmond park at around midnight. it's interesting how different the two are (thommy suggested Richmond and at first glance it doesn't look like it's going to be as fun as Beltnap). here are some things i have learned:

saucers work better (thus are more fun) at richmond
the snow boogie is best at beltnap
saucer aesthetics look better amidst the powder of beltnap
the lake at the bottom of richmond is similar to the fence at the bottom of beltnap, however, it has yet to be determined which is better.
two people + two saucers = fun fun
two people + two saucers + battle! = fun fun pain, then no fun
three people + one long sled = no movement
three people + one saucer + one long sled = super heavy duty train which which unless properly secured will result in the long sled sliding out from under two of the three riders simultaniously causing surprise and pain to the bum
the trees/gauntlet at richmond are scary but add that extra thrill, the weeds at beltnap don't quite accomplish this
the robert morris "X" at beltnap adds extra aethetics and and possibilities for creative multi-sledder acrobatics...
oh, and beard ice is painful when people try to rub it off

well, here's a video which really doesn't encompass all of the above, but it's still fun.
